URGENTLY HIRING: An Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Between 8AM – 6PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Working Hours: 9 hours a day (8 working hours with 1 hour break)
Day Off: To be discussed (2 consecutive days a week)

CSR Full Job Description:
· Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
· This CSR works directly with clients, instructors and staff to deliver outstanding customer service to our students by being knowledgeable in our driving programs in order to meet sales goals.
Main Daily Tasks Includes:
· Taking incoming calls
· Upselling programs
· Processing payments
· Scheduling clients
Main Tools Utilization:
· Asana App
· Google Maps
· Transits
· 8x8
General Accountability:
· Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, schedules lessons, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints;
· Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor;
· Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to the service area;
· Maintains close contact with customers to give updates on progress toward resolution of issues or service requests;
· Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems;
· Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation;
· Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices, and other related paperwork; and
· Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
