Schedule: Between 8AM – 6PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Working Hours: 9 hours a day (8 working hours with 1 hour break)
Day Off: To be discussed (2 consecutive days a week)

About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you can be assigned to a wide array of tasks; from organizing files, creating correspondence, preparing reports and documents, managing calendars to scheduling appointments, managing emails, and offering general staff support. You may serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones and greeting visitors, as well as engaging in event planning and meeting setup and implementation. You will have to be prepared to deal with other people from a wide variety of levels, from clients to management and even corporate CEOs.

What we're looking for:
-A minimum of 1 year experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a business owner, CEO or President in a fast-paced setting
-Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
-Ability to work with high-level executives and manage those relationships with grace and polished acumen
-Ability to think quickly, learn new things easily, and anticipate Executive's needs
-Very detail-oriented with the ability to change gears quickly and a problem-solving mentality
-High-level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information

Main responsibilities include:
-Compose and produce business correspondence, reports and related materials or guide the work of other staff who produce these materials.
-Answer phone calls
-Review and sign materials, as authorized
-Edit documents produced by others
-Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information, such as staff personnel files
-Respond to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
-Serve as an internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and company procedures
-Perform administrative duties associated with scheduling and coordinating meetings and planning events
-Arrange with vendors for services, prepare agendas, gather and organize supporting information, and oversee production and distribution of related materials
-Schedule, assign, and prioritize workload by setting appropriate deadlines
