We are looking for a Enfermero/a Jefe Bilingue to join our growing team in Barranquilla!
We are seeking an experienced young professional. The successful candidate will have a background in nursing or medical technology, as well as proficiency in the English language.

The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize, and handle a high volume of calls and requests. In addition, the successful candidate will have experience working with caregivers and patients, and the ability to provide guidance and support as needed. Responsibilities
Follow up with caregivers to ensure personal care assistance (PCA) is carried out correctly and process service authorizations.
Complete any expiring service authorizations for their assigned team.
Welcome new employees under the watchful eye of their assigned team, and set up all needed caregivers with patients.
Make heavy outbound calls to new and existing employees in order to fulfill patient services.
Work closely with new and current employees to strategize and accommodate their work availability alongside the open position schedule.
Follow up heavily in order to reach staffing goals by staffing all open positions within 48 hours of their availability.

Qualifications
Experience, qualifications, or the ability to work with heavy outbound calls to new and existing employees in efforts to fulfill patient services
ability to strategize with new and current employees to accommodate the employee's work availability, alongside the open position schedule
A heavy follow-up to reach staffing goals by staffing all open positions within 48 hours of the available positions
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
